Admin Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assumes office duties such as filing, mail processing and answering phones calls;
  • Schedules appointments and outside inspections;
  • Arranges employee travel arrangements and compiles expense reports;
  • Compiles draw submission for bank review;
  • Reviews and approves sub-contractor documentation for company compliance;
  • Prepares credit applications;
  • Creates and maintains an electronic filing system;
  • May be assigned duties other than that of an Admin Assistant.

 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any 4-year course;
  • At least one(1) year of relevant work experience;
  • Strong organizational, quantitative and problemsolving skills;
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and pleasing personality
  • Ability to approach problems logically and creatively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform multiple assignments with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure
